ARISE CHARITY FOUNDATION HAS DONE IT AGAIN!
In furtherance of its efforts to encourage the enrolment of more pupils into public primary schools, the Arise Charity Foundation has embarked on the distribution of free uniforms to 858 pupils in four public primary schools in Ilesa West and Ilesa East Local Government areas.
Beneficiaries of this year’s Edition of the Annual distribution of Free uniforms and school materials to four public primary schools in the Local Government Areas, which is the fourth of its kind were C.A.C Pry.School.Okesa, Ilesa, L.A. 1&2 Pry School, Imo, Ilesa, Salvation Army Pry School, Isokun Ilesa, and N.U.D Pry. School, Odo -Iro Ilesa.
A statement by the president of the foundation, Dr Lawrence Oladapo Ajayi indicates that reports from each of the schools showed that, parents find it difficult to buy school materials even pencils,erazers, and crayons for their children. Some come to school using Nylon bags to carry the few materials they can afford while others pupils have been in school for the past one session without school uniforms.
Teachers and parents that were around in the schools were so joyous as they prayed for more blessings of God on the sponsors.
1050 pupils benefited from the program in 2020, it was 1180 pupils in 2021, and 1174 in 2022 pupils while 858 pupils received free educational materials this year. In all, total number of primary school pupils whose lives have been touched through the gesture by the Arise Charity Foundation is 4,262.
